Refund policy
At Les Petits Bains de Provence, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here is our return and refund policy:
Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 working days. This withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item ordered.
To exercise your right of withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (S.G.P.L., 30, Chemin des Tuileries 13015 Marseille, contact@sgpl.fr, Telephone: 04 96 15 42 87) of your decision in a clear statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model retraction form, but this is not obligatory.
Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different means; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs to you.
Return of Goods: You must return the goods to us or to [exact address] without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. This period is deemed to have been respected if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any depreciation of the good resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the good.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods which have been unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
